Sometimes it’s comforting to know what you’re getting into before you start. This is what usually happens...
First, we’ll make a site visit, that let’s us meet each other, allows us to learn about the challenges you face and what you want to achieve. Next, we’ll prepare a proposal outlining how we would tackle your project, often introducing new ideas and possibilities as well as dealing with your specified requirements.
At this stage you’ll have paid us nothing – if you’re going to work with us it’s fair that you have an opportunity to assess our understanding of your needs before committing any of your budget.
Having discussed the proposal, and with all of us clear on where we’re heading, we’ll prepare a fully detailed quotation and an outline schedule. If that meets with your approval and you instruct us to proceed we commence work, with that work being billed as outlined in your quotation.
